Christopher C Wadelin

Mr. Wadelin has participated in the raising or management activities of over $1.7 Billion Dollars ($1,700,000,000.00) of investor capital in his various roles as an advisory associate at Merrill Lynch, on the U.S. distributions team at Deutsche Bank, as Regional Vice President with Simplicity Financial Distributions, Senior Regional Vice President at Moody Securities, and now the current CEO of Private Capital for the ARCTRUST Group of Companies. Mr. Wadelin has led syndication and selling group relationship management efforts for numerous real estate offerings including non-traded REIT portfolios, debt funds, preferred stock, and Delaware Statutory Trust and tax deferred exchanges under Code Section 1031. Mr. Wadelin is a Series 7 and 66 licensed broker, and a proud alumni of Northern Illinois University.
